Light-hearted Cartoon Comic Proposal

I'm seeking a creative comic artist to develop a cartoon-style comic. The comic should be light-hearted in tone and feature specific characters I will provide.
Need somebody with creativity who can turn my love story into a fun comic and a proposal towards the end.

Requirements:
- Cartoon comic art
- Ability to convey a light-hearted tone
- Experience in character interpretation and integration

I am okay if this is a digital art / video or in paper format. Just need a small 5 page comic maybe.
