Light Novel 60-Second Animations

I’ve written a light novel and want to turn selected passages into a series of 60-second YouTube clips. The goal is a visually engaging teaser style: simple illustrations with minimal animation—camera pans, parallax, or subtle character movement rather than full lip-sync. I’ll supply a single-voice narration track for each episode, so timing and pacing matter more than mouth movements.

I’m flexible on technique—2D, anime-inspired, or lightweight 3D/After Effects motion graphics—provided it keeps production costs sensible, maintains the anime themes i am looking for, and matches the light-novel tone. Scenes will vary: some action beats, some atmospheric establishing shots, some dialogue moments handled entirely by narration.

I’m looking for someone who can own the process from storyboard through final render.

Per 60-second episode, I’ll need:
• A rough storyboard (for approval)
• Illustration assets (layered PSD/PNG or equivalent)
• Minimal animation assembled into a 1080p MP4 ready for YouTube
• Source project files so future episodes stay consistent
