Kuwaiti Mobile Shopping Explained Animation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
’m producing a 2–3 minute video that walks viewers through our entire “order to installation” flow for a TCL air-conditioner purchased on the Union mobile app. The storyline is fixed: a Kuwaiti shopper chooses the AC, adds a five-year extended warranty, checks out, and receives confirmation. From there, the screen must display our in-app tracking ladder—Order Placed → Picked from Warehouse → Out for Delivery → Delivered → Completed—complete with live-tracking visuals and ETA cues.
After that customer-facing portion, the animation shifts to show what happens behind the scenes: warehouse staff pick the unit, our technician team delivers and installs it within hours, photographs the setup, requests a quick quality check, and finally triggers a thank-you push notification. The satisfied customer leaves a five-star rating before we close the ticket.
Visual direction
• Whiteboard animation is the core style, but every frame should be enhanced with crisp, flat illustrations to keep the look clean, modern, and on brand.
• The tone must stay professional—no cartoony gimmicks—yet still warm enough to feel welcoming.
• Simple UI motion graphics will represent the app, while more life-like or lightly illustrated scenes depict warehouse and installation moments.
Deliverables
• Script and storyboard for approval
• Full HD (1920×1080) whiteboard-plus-flat-illustration master video, 2–3 minutes in length
• Source project files so I can make future edits (preferred formats: Adobe After Effects or equivalent)
• One round of revisions after the first cut
