Kids App Designer & Animator

I'm developing a fun, educational kids mobile app and I'm looking for a talented and creative designer who can:

- Create custom cartoon-style characters and icons
- Design UI elements in a playful, colorful theme
- Animate all assets using Rive (2D animations, e.g. waving, blinking, floating, dancing)

Specifically, I need:

- A mascot (a friendly sun character)
- A main girl character (joyful and expressive)
- A background and planets that can rotate or float
- UI buttons, icons, and assets (music planet, learning planet, puzzle icons, etc.)

Important: I want all animations to be created directly in Rive. Final delivery should include Rive (.riv) files with structured animations and layers.
