Khooni Monday-Style 2D Horror Animations
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m putting together a new series of short horror stories and I need a skilled 2D animator who can give them the same spine-tingling vibe you’d find on Khooni Monday and similar channels. Character animation is the heart of this project: subtle eye movements, uneasy gestures, and that final jolt when the twist lands.
Here’s the flow I have in mind. Once we agree on a script (I can supply one or we can brainstorm together), you’ll translate it into a rough storyboard that sets the suspenseful, eerie tone I’m after. From there, you’ll handle the full 2D animation pipeline—clean line work, moody color palettes, and lighting that sells the tension.
Sound matters just as much. I’m counting on you to weave in atmospheric effects, footsteps in empty hallways, distant whispers, and a background score that rises and falls with the narrative beats. A tight final edit that synchronizes visuals, effects, and music is essential so the viewer never drops out of the moment.
Deliverables for each episode:
• Storyboard and animatic for approval
• Full-resolution 2D animated video (1080p, 24 fps, 6-10 minutes)
• Mixed and mastered SFX + background score on separate audio stem
• Final video file ready for YouTube upload
I value clear communication, quick previews, and the confident handling of revisions so the final cut feels seamless. If crafting unsettling, character-driven horror in 2D is your specialty, let’s make viewers leave the lights on at night.
