Goal

Create an emotional, fashion-focused animated short that introduces the KALIAH & HEIR world, the three main characters, and the brand’s message of friendship, family, and legacy.



Scene 1: Welcome to the City (0:00–1:00)

The episode opens with a beautiful luxury city.

Fashion billboards display KALIAH & HEIR.

Storefront windows showcase the latest collections.

The audience is introduced to each girl.

Kaliah

Wearing the Light Pink Collection.

Walking confidently through the city while carrying a sketchbook.

Narration:

“Big dreams start somewhere.”

Ari

Wearing the Dark Pink Collection.

Taking selfies, making strangers laugh, and bringing energy wherever she goes.

Narration:

“Some people light up every room.”

Zuri

Wearing the Dark Brown Collection.

Helping others and always putting family first.

Narration:

“Some people carry more than anyone knows.”

The girls meet up and continue through the city together.



Scene 2: The Opportunity (1:00–2:00)

The girls receive exciting news.

They have been selected for a major KALIAH & HEIR fashion campaign.

They celebrate together.

But subtle hints reveal their personal struggles.

Kaliah worries she isn’t good enough.

Ari hides bad news behind a smile.

Zuri receives a call reminding her of responsibilities waiting at home.

The audience begins connecting emotionally to each character.



Scene 3: The Photoshoot (2:00–3:30)

The girls arrive at a glamorous fashion shoot.

Music builds.

Camera flashes.

Runway-style walking.

Editorial poses.

Close-ups of the clothing.

Fashion magazine covers.

Luxury sets.

Everything appears perfect.

But viewers can still see the emotional weight each girl carries.



Scene 4: Home (3:30–4:40)

The girls return home after the shoot.

The atmosphere changes immediately.

Warm lighting.

The smell of food.

Grandmother cooking dinner.

Parents talking.

Kids laughing.

A dog running through the house.

The girls sit down.

Grandmother notices something is wrong.

She asks:

“What’s wrong, babies?”

The girls finally open up about their struggles.

Grandmother smiles and shares a lesson:

“Success isn’t about never falling. It’s about knowing who’s there to help you get back up.”

The family listens.

The girls realize they are loved and supported.
