2.5D (Hybrid) Animator for Youtube Shorts

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor + Motion Graphics Animator to produce engaging short-form YouTube videos in a very specific, cinematic 2.5D animation style.
This position is not for beginners — we need someone who can perfectly replicate the storytelling and visual style seen in this reference channel:

1. Hybrid 2.5D Animation
You’ll composite realistic animals, textures, and environments into layered animated scenes. The movement is “puppet-style” — scaling, rotating, and subtly animating static assets to achieve a lifelike 2.5D look.
2. Cartoon & Meme Overlays
Add expressive cartoon or meme elements (eyes, faces, symbols) to enhance humor and emotion.
3. Dynamic Editing & Timing
Use fast pacing, rhythmic cuts, zooms, pans, and motion shakes that sync perfectly with the voiceover.
4. Seamless Compositing
Key out the green screen and blend my talking-head footage naturally within the animated world.
5. Immersive Sound Design
This is critical — source and layer high-impact SFX, ambience, whooshes, hits, and textures that elevate the storytelling.
Responsibilities
Source high-quality assets (animals, backgrounds, props, textures), generate with ai tools like leonardo or midjourney..
Animate and composite (2.5D / puppet-style)
Edit and sync

Deliver final 9:16 format videos ready for upload (45-70 seconds each)
