Humorous 2-3 Min Cartoon Animation

I already have the topic and script ready; now I want a lively 2D cartoon that runs between two and three minutes and carries a playful, light-hearted tone from start to finish. The visuals should lean into expressive character movement, bright colour palettes, and snappy timing so the jokes land effortlessly with the audience.

You’re welcome to work in Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or another 2D pipeline you prefer—just be sure the final file renders crisply at 1080p. I’ll provide brand references, a basic storyboard outline, and any voice-over once production begins. Along the way I’m happy to review an animatic, rough pass, and clean pass to keep everything on track; we’ll wrap the entire project within a month of kickoff.

Deliverables:
• 1080p MP4 of the finished animation
• Source project files (layered and organised)
• Short SRT or VTT caption file that matches the dialogue timing
