Hiring: Professional 2D Animator for High-Retention YouTube Videos (Long-Term)

We're looking for a creative and experienced 2D Animator to produce engaging, story-driven Shorts videos with smooth animation, expressive characters, and cinematic storytelling.
This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right freelancer.
Project Overview
Each video will typically be 30-40sec long.
We'll give you 100 videos(30-40sec/) project 100 Rs per video.
■Animation Style We're Looking For
We want clean, modern 2D animation with:
•Custom illustrated characters
•Smooth character animation and facial expressions
•Dynamic camera movements (pan, zoom, parallax)
•Creative scene transitions
•Motion graphics and kinetic typography
•Animated icons, diagrams, and visual storytelling
•High-retention pacing similar to successful YouTube documentary channels
The animation should feel professional, polished, and engaging—not like a basic slideshow.
