Hand-Drawn 2D Animation

I'm seeking a talented 2D artist to illustrate and animate the first episode of a cartoon series I have created aimed at children aged 2-10. The series will feature real children and fantasy characters such as unique monsters. I have created the characters and the script. I now need it bought to life in a pre visualisation style.

Here’s what I have so far:
• Script with scene breakdowns
• Rough character concepts and mood boards

Here’s what I need from you:
• Clean hand-drawn animation (24 fps preferred), ink & paint, and compositing to final render
• Delivery of all source files plus a mastered 1080p or 4K video

Requirements:
- Expertise in designing fantasy characters and bringing them to life.
- Expertise in 2D animation
- Experience creating content for children
- Creativity in designing fantasy characters and worlds
- Ability to deliver high-quality, engaging animations
