HIRING ANIMATORS URGENTLY

I’m building a small team of animators and artists for a long-term anime project and would like to see how you handle one of my lead characters before we dive deeper together.
Your trial task is straightforward: create a 1–2 second hand-drawn Genga/LO of the heroine whipping her hair as a weapon. Go wild with staging, timing, and camera moves—so long as the shot reads clearly and feels unmistakably anime, I’m happy. Keys only are fine; no cleanup or color is needed at this stage.
