Government Lobbying Cartoon

I am looking for a dynamic whiteboard animation cartoon for a government meeting - live or to make a video for the meeting. The cartoon will be used for lobbying purposes related to net Zero and should be engaging and persuasive, memorable - and fun. As an alternative to presentations, talk and chat.
