Fun Cartoon 2D YouTube Animation

The project is to transform my finished script into a vibrant 2D cartoon that keeps an adult YouTube audience entertained from the first frame to the last. The tone should feel playful and witty rather than child-like, with fluid character movement, expressive facial acting and lively scene transitions.
I’ll provide the script, voice-over track and basic visual references. Your task covers storyboarding, character and background design in a clean cartoon style, full animation, compositing and delivery of a 1920 × 1080 MP4 that meets YouTube’s upload guidelines. Sound effects and simple music stings that complement the existing voice-over are a plus if you can add them.
Acceptance criteria:
• Storyboard approved before full production begins.
• Final video matches the timing of the supplied voice-over, free of watermark, ready to publish.
