Fun Animated YouTube Intro/Outro

I'm looking for a creative animator to design a fun and playful YouTube intro and outro for my gaming-themed channel. The animation should incorporate cartoon characters, bright colors and patterns, and dynamic text animations. I have an ideal script for the intro and outro. Looking for between 10-15 seconds each.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in animation software (e.g., After Effects, Toon Boom)
- Experience in creating engaging YouTube intros/outros
