Freelance Video Animator - Training Program Content

We are seeking a talented and reliable Freelance Video Animator to develop engaging and professional animated video content for our training programs. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible hours and remote work.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 2D or motion graphic animations aligned with provided scripts and voiceovers.
• Collaborate with VP of Operations and/or subject matter experts to understand learning objectives.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual storytelling that are no more than 10 minutes in length with a quiz including 10-15 questions at the end of each video.
• Provide storyboards and mockups prior to full animation.
• Deliver videos optimized for web and LMS platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate, Vyond, or similar)
• Strong portfolio of animated explainer or training videos
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in educational or corporate training content a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with eLearning authorizing tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory
