I'm seeking skilled frame-by-frame animators to create videos featuring our mascot. We offer steady work, with the potential for up to 20 videos per month, contingent on your availability.

Our artist will supply:
- Backgrounds
- Key frames with the character
- Intermediate character poses with emotions

Your role will be to:
- Execute high-quality frame-by-frame animation
- Maintain a unified style across videos, ensuring a cohesive look as if created by a single artist

Video specifics:
- Average duration: 10-15 seconds

- Strong portfolio with similar animation work (no skeletal animation, please)
- Experience in maintaining a consistent style across multiple videos
- Ability to animate emotional expressions, smooth transitions, and dynamic actions
