FNF Complete Mod Creation

I'm looking for a talented developer to create an entire mod for Friday Night Funkin'.

The mod should include:
- New characters with art and animations
- Custom songs and beats
- Custom backgrounds and stages

I have a general storyline/theme idea, but I need assistance to flesh it out.
I may have some sounds for the mod.
