2D / 3D Explainer Animation

I am looking for a creative and skilled 2D/3D animation freelancer/team to create explainer videos for my YouTube channel.
The videos will be in the finance and motivation niche (investment tips, financial education, storytelling, motivational content).
Requirements:
2D / 3D animation with custom/explainer style characters (similar to YouTube finance animation channels)
Duration: 5–7 minutes per video (YouTube) + 30–60 sec shorts/reels
Scope of Work:
Character design & animation
Storyboarding & motion graphics
Lip-sync with voiceover
Background music and sound effects
Final rendered HD video (1080p/4K)
Script will be provided by me
Voiceover can be done by you (AI/Human) OR I can provide separately
