AI-Enhanced 2D Cartoon Animation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have all the designs ready and now need them brought to life as a free-flowing, cartoon-style animation with moderate detail. The final video should run approximately three minutes or just over, plus a neatly cropped 65-second version drawn from the same footage which we can provide where the crops need to be.
I’m keen to leverage any modern 2D tool that bakes in AI assistance—whether you prefer something like Adobe Animate with Generative Fill, Toon Boom Harmony paired with motion-assist plugins, or a newer cloud platform that speeds up in-betweens. I'm open to whichever workflow helps you move fast while still giving us full control over timing, easing and character performance.
Sound and voice:
• A polished mix of SFX, music bed, and voiceover is required.
• We can either record voice internally or you can generate it through ElevenLabs; I’ll supply the script and direction.
• Please handle lip-sync so the dialogue feels natural.
What I’ll hand over:
• Image we want to animate.
• Storyboard plus timing notes.
• Script (with VO markers).
What I need back:
1. A 3:00 master animation in 1080p H.264 (and project file).
2. A 0:65 cutdown version with the same quality specs.
3. Separate audio stems (VO, music, SFX) for future tweaks.
4. A quick rundown of any AI tools or plug-ins you used so we can replicate the pipeline on later episodes.
Smooth, expressive movement and clean compositing matter more to me than hyper-complex shading, so smart use of automated in-betweens is fine as long as the end result feels handcrafted. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me which AI-enabled toolset you’d lean on and share a link to a comparable cartoon project you’ve animated.
