Enhance Cartoon with 2D Animation

I have already laid out a complete 1–5-minute episode in Animaker, but the characters currently do little more than stand and lip-sync. I now want that same episode re-worked in true 2D traditional animation.

Here’s what I need:
• Bring my existing characters to life with fluid body, facial, and camera movements that match the dialogue.
• Layer in hand-drawn or digitally painted special effects—flashes, impacts, atmospheric touches—that elevate key moments.
• Retain my timing and scene structure, yet feel free to suggest subtle staging tweaks that improve flow.

I will supply:
– The Animaker project files and exported reference video.
– Character designs, color sheets, and the finished voice track.
– A simple shot list indicating where major actions and effects should occur.

Deliverables:
1. Final 1080p video (MP4) matching the original runtime.
2. Editable source files (Toon Boom, TVPaint, Adobe Animate, or comparable 2D workflow).
3. Separate PNG sequences for characters and effects, should I need future edits.

Clean linework, consistent on-model drawing, and lip-sync that still aligns with the audio are essential acceptance criteria.
