Engaging 2D WhatsApp Marketing Animation Video

I need a 2D animation video (around 30 seconds long) to explain my WhatsApp Marketing service.
What the video should show:
A simple animated character holding a phone.

He opens WhatsApp and starts sending messages to many people.

The first message is just:
"سلام" (Arabic for "Hi")

When someone replies, we send them a personalized message like:
“I’m Ali from [Client Name], and I wanted to share with you our latest offer on [product/service]…”

The conversation should look natural and friendly, like a real chat between two people.

The goal of the video is to show that:
