Energetic Children’s Cartoon Animation

I’m commissioning a lively, entertainment-driven 2D cartoon aimed squarely at kids. Think bright colours, expressive characters and a fun pace that can keep a young audience glued to the screen from the very first frame. The core idea and rough script are ready; what I need is a skilled animator who can turn that vision into a polished, screen-ready short.

Scope
You’ll handle the full animation pipeline—storyboarding through final render—using your preferred software (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint or similar). I’m open to suggestions on techniques or visual gags that elevate the piece, as long as the end result remains playful and age-appropriate.

Key deliverables
• Storyboard and timing animatic for approval
• Clean character and background line-art
• Fully coloured, shaded 1920×1080 video (30 fps, .mp4)
• Separate audio track placeholders for voice, SFX and music
• All working files so I can archive or update the project later

Acceptance criteria
The video must run 60–90 seconds, convey the supplied script beats clearly, and pass a quick review session with a focus group of kids (I’ll arrange this). Smooth, on-model character motion and consistent colouring are essential.
