Enchanting Photo Animation Clip

I have a single illustration from my children’s book and I’d love to see it truly come alive for a short 12-15-second social-media piece. The mood should feel magical and enchanting—the kind of sparkle that instantly pulls viewers into the story.

The brief:
• Separate and animate the characters, background scenery, and any small interactive objects so the scene feels layered and dimensional.
• I’m flexible on technique—whether you prefer 2D rigs in After Effects, subtle 3D parallax moves, or another creative approach—as long as the final result looks fluid and whimsical rather than gimmicky.
• Colour palette, lighting, and motion should stay faithful to the original artwork; no harsh filters or style changes.
• Final output in square or vertical format (1080×1080 or 1080×1350) plus a transparent-background version for future edits. Source files included.

We’ll work on an agreed hourly rate, touching base at key checkpoints (storyboard, first motion pass, polish) so revisions stay light and focused.
