Emotional 2D/2.5D Music Visualizer

Job ID: 40497717

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a custom 2D / 2.5D animated music visualizer for my Spanish song “Salitre en la piel”.

The final video must be 2 minutes and 59 seconds long, matching the full song.

This is NOT a generic audio spectrum, NOT a lyric video, NOT a template, and NOT an AI slideshow. I need a poetic, emotional, cinematic animated visualizer with a clear story, a consistent main character, and a dark moonlit beach atmosphere.

MAIN CHARACTER:
The main character is called “El Reloj de Sal”.

He is a small cute anthropomorphic hourglass character filled with pale sea salt / salitre instead of sand. He has a simple neutral face, tender expressive eyes, a navy scarf, a tiny seashell charm, and a small backpack. He should feel cute, simple, iconic, mysterious, melancholic, emotionally vulnerable, and easy to connect with.

He represents time, mortality, fear, memory, the sea, salt, surrender, gratitude, and the choice to keep going for one more day.

VISUAL STYLE:
I want a 2D illustrated / 2.5D animated style.

The aesthetic should feel like a handcrafted animated film: slow-motion, poetic, mysterious, emotional, tender, cinematic, and slightly eerie, but not horror. The character should look illustrated and simple, with a handcrafted / stop-motion-inspired feeling.

The visual style should include:
- 2D illustrated character
- subtle 2.5D parallax
- hand-drawn / storybook feeling
- dark moonlit beach
- slow-motion atmosphere
- soft ocean waves
- wet reflective sand
- moonlight reflections
- subtle mist
- limited but intentional animation

Please avoid:
- generic 3D
- Pixar style
- anime style
- childish comedy
- horror
- bright tropical beach
- stock footage
- template visualizers
- audio spectrum effects

STORY:
The story follows “El Reloj de Sal” arriving alone at a dark moonlit beach. He is carrying his small backpack. He walks slowly, sits in front of the ocean, and looks at the sea.

Then he looks down at himself and realizes that the salitre inside his hourglass body is almost finished. The salt keeps falling slowly inside him. He understands that his time is running out.

As he sits there, he has brief emotional flashes of his family: other hourglass characters, memories of love, origin, belonging, and nostalgia. These memories should feel subtle and poetic, not overly explained.

He returns to the present. He breathes. He waits peacefully as the salitre keeps falling.

Then he sees seagulls crossing the sky. This changes something inside him. His expression becomes calmer, more grateful, more accepting.

After the seagulls, a small red bird appears.

The red bird is very important. It symbolizes divine presence / God / grace, but it should NOT look literal, religious, or obvious. The bird should simply appear, stay still, and look directly at the hourglass character. It is a silent spiritual sign.

The character looks at the red bird and understands. He is no longer afraid.

He stands up slowly and walks toward the ocean. He reaches the edge of the water, raises his hands, and begins to break slowly. His glass body cracks gently. This should not feel violent or tragic. It should feel peaceful, beautiful, spiritual, and full of surrender.

As he breaks, the salitre inside him falls into the wet beach sand. At the end, his salitre mixes with the sand and the ocean. He becomes part of the sea and the shore.

The final feeling should be peaceful, poetic, spiritual, and transcendent — not hopeless or tragic.

KEY SCENES:

ANIMATION APPROACH:
I am open to limited animation if it feels artistic and intentional. I do not need full frame-by-frame animation for every second.

The video can use:
- slow camera movement
- 2.5D parallax
- animated loops
- moving scarf
- falling salitre inside the character
- blinking / subtle facial movement
- ocean waves
- moonlight reflections
- seagulls
- red bird movement
- flashback transitions
- gentle cracking effect
- slow final transformation
