Educational Whiteboard Animation

I am looking for a video editor who can create videos in a style like this:

The videos are about the psychology of money , finance and investments.
The videos should be in a similar style, but with different coloring .
The editing quality needs to be at least at this level, so please do not apply if you cannot deliver this quality (proof with a smiliar video ).

What I need:

2 videos per week
Video length: 8–15 minutes
Good communication
Delivery within 72 hours or faster
Knowledge of finance and investments
