Educational 2D Medical Animation

I need a clear, engaging 2-D medical animation that explains a healthcare topic to the general public. The finished piece should feel friendly and approachable while remaining scientifically accurate, using simple visuals, clean typography, and voice-over or on-screen text that anyone without a clinical background can follow.

My ideal workflow is straightforward: we agree on the concept, you shape a brief script and storyboard, then move into illustration, motion, and sound. I’m open to whichever software you prefer—Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar—as long as the final video is delivered in full-HD (1080p) MP4 with all project files for future updates.
