2D Educational Animation for Kids

I’m creating a short, under-three-minute educational video for children and need a 2D animation that blends a playful cartoon feel with touches of realistic detail. The goal is to hold young viewers’ attention while clearly illustrating key learning points, so smooth pacing, bright colour choices, and expressive characters are essential.

Here’s how I see the workflow and hand-off:

• Storyboard and style frames that show how the mixed cartoon/realistic look will be applied
• Full 2D animation in 1920×1080 (or higher) with clean linework and consistent colouring
• Voice-over sync and basic sound design (music, effects) so the final MP4 is classroom-ready
• Source files (layered PSD/AI, project files) for any future revisions

I’ll supply the script and reference materials as soon as we agree on timing. Please let me know if you typically use Toon Boom, After Effects, or another tool chain and how many rounds of revisions you include.
