Scope

• Storyboard – simple frames that match the script and signal major transitions.
• 2D animation – smooth, modern style; bright but professional colour palette; on-screen text kept minimal and legible.
• Voice-over – one conversational English voice, well-paced to land at roughly 7 min 45 sec–8 min 15 sec. Sync perfectly with the visuals.
• Audio polish – light background music and basic sound effects where they enhance comprehension, mixed so narration stays clear.
• Final delivery – 1920×1080 MP4, plus separate WAV of the voice track and the source project files (After Effects, Illustrator or similar).

Acceptance criteria
