Digital Cut-Out Animator Needed

I’m commissioning a fresh 2D animation produced entirely in a digital cut-out style. The finished piece should run somewhere in the seven-to-ten-minute range and play as one continuous story, not a collection of shorts.

You’ll take the project from my storyboard and reference materials all the way through to final export. Clean character rigs, expressive poses, tight lip-sync and purposeful camera moves are the priorities; flashy effects are optional. Use whichever toolset you prefer—Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, Moho or similar—as long as I receive both the editable project files and a 1080p MP4.

Acceptance criteria
• Runtime: 7–10 minutes, 24 fps
• Resolution: Full HD 1920×1080
• Digital cut-out animation throughout (no frame-by-frame segments)
• Delivered assets: MP4 plus all source files, rigs and artwork, ready for future edits
• Visuals and timing must match the supplied storyboard, animatic and audio track
