I’m producing a lively, animal-centric cartoon for children and all of the pre-production pieces are already in place here in Portugal: a locked script, the music track, and fully layered character artwork. What I still need is a Digital 2D animator who can take these assets and turn them into a polished, engaging short film.
You’ll handle every part of the animation phase—rough blocking, clean-ups, lip-sync, secondary actions, simple effects, and final compositing—so that the story flows smoothly and keeps young viewers hooked. We can work in Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or a comparable Digital 2D pipeline; choose whichever tool lets you move fastest while keeping quality high.
Key deliverables
• Finished HD video (1080p MP4) ready for festival and online release
• All project files, neatly organized for any future tweaks or localization
• Up to two rounds of revisions to fine-tune timing, expressions, or color
