Crypto Logo Telegram Sticker Animation

I have a neon-style crypto coin logo that I want transformed into one or two smooth-looping Telegram animated emoji/stickers. The standout feature needs to be a vivid glow/shining effect; subtle rotation or a soft bounce is fine as secondary motion as long as the loop remains seamless and the background stays transparent.
Colour direction: please run a flowing neon gradient that moves from purple through pink into electric blue, keeping the look bright but not over-saturated.
Telegram’s technical limits apply—512 × 512 pixels, very short duration, and a lightweight file size—so optimise accordingly.
