Create a GIF of Charlie Waving
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I'm looking for a talented animator to create a GIF featuring Charlie MorningStar from Hazbin Hotel. Here's what I need:
- **Action**: Charlie should be smiling, and take two steps forward, before waving.
- **Background**: Transparent background, focus solely on Charlie
**Ideal Skills & Experience**:
- Proficiency in animation and GIF creation.
- Familiarity with Hazbin Hotel characters and style.
- Creativity in character representation.
The gif frames have to have two stages of being identical, for looping - the first frame, and the frame after the second step must match up to be able to be looped at this point as needed. The frame when she begins to wave, and the end of the wave should match up t also be loopable.
