Create a Bold Pop Art Piece
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
For my wife's next birthday, I'm looking for an artist to create a medium-sized (up to 24x24 inches) pop art piece of my wife as a child, based on a photo I'm providing.
The attached file shows two side by side pictures; the picture I want the artist to use is the one where the subject is standing, not sitting.
