Create 2D Animated Rhymes for Toddlers

I’m producing a new series of short nursery-rhyme videos and tiny stories aimed squarely at babies and toddlers aged 0–3. All scripts, lyrics, voice tracks, and music are ready; what I need now is a skilled 2D animator who can turn them into warm, colourful motion that feels soothing, friendly, and instantly engaging for very young viewers.

The visual approach must be pure 2D—flat or cut-out is fine—as long as the shapes stay simple, colours stay bright, and transitions remain gentle. Think slow, readable movements, large expressive faces, and clear focal points rather than fast cuts or complex camera work.

Scope of the first milestone
• One complete rhyme or micro-story, about 90–120 seconds long.
• If we both enjoy the process and result, the rest of the catalogue will follow as ongoing work.

Required deliverables
• Storyboard and key character poses for sign-off.
• Final 1920 × 1080 video, perfectly synced to the supplied audio.
• Editable project files (After Effects, Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, or your preferred 2D package).

Acceptance criteria
• Animation stays on-model and aligns with the beat and lyrics.
• No watermarks or placeholders in the final render.
• Colours and motion remain toddler-friendly (no flashing or frenetic cuts).

When you reply, please include links to past 2D work for preschool or nursery content so I can gauge style and pacing. If you mostly handle 3D, that’s okay, but the final look for this project must read unmistakably as 2D. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
