Cozy, Expressive YouTube Intro Animation

I’m looking for a friendly and communicative 2D or motion graphics animator to create a short animated YouTube intro (around 7–10 seconds) with a cozy, expressive, and personality-filled vibe.
What I’m looking for:
Someone who’s easy to communicate with and open to feedback
Affordable pricing (I’m not looking for a high-end studio, just good quality within a reasonable budget)
Skilled in creating short, appealing animations with personality
Project details:
Design and animate a custom character based on my appearance (I’ll provide reference photos).
Scene shows a quick transformation from a “busy/stressed mood” to a “happy/relaxed mood” when playing The Sims 4.
Include small animation touches like mood lighting changes, a spinning Sims plumbob, and glowing LED-style channel name at the end.
