Convert Animatic to Cartoon Animation
Budget: $250 – $550 USD
I already have a complete animatic, about one-to-three minutes long, and I simply need it turned into a finished 2D video. The drawings are all there; what’s missing is fluid movement and basic lip-sync so the mouths roughly match the recorded dialogue.
The visual tone should stay light and cartoonish—nothing hyper-realistic—just clean lines, solid colors, and expressive poses that bring the story beats to life. I have included a link to the animatic as the file was too big to include, to hopefully help in showing what I tried to make.
Please keep backgrounds and secondary action minimal; the focus is on the characters hitting their key poses in time with the audio. I’m not expecting frame-by-frame perfection—just enough motion and timing to make the sequence feel like a polished short rather than a storyboard slideshow.
Deliverables
• Final 1080p (or higher) video file with audio in place
• Source project files (Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects, or your preferred 2D package) for any future tweaks
