ComfyUI Motion-Transfer Training – Face, Head & Full-Body (Workflows Included)

I’m looking for an expert to teach me how to create realistic face/head pose animations from videos and single photos using ComfyUI (and related tools). I want step-by-step lessons plus reusable workflows. Important: This is for creative/educational uses only. I will NOT use this to impersonate anyone or bypass liveness/identity systems. What to cover: • Head turns left/right, look up/down, slight tilts • Optional facial actions: blinking, subtle mouth movement • Pose transfer (video → image) to make a still photo “come alive” • Simple full-body example: natural walk toward camera • Smooth transitions, identity consistency, stable lighting/quality • End-to-end ComfyUI workflows (.json) I can run locally Tools/techniques I’m interested in: ComfyUI core + motion-transfer options like EMO, SadTalker (Pose Mode), FOMM, FaceFormer, MagicAnimate, AnimateAnyone, LivePortrait; SD/SDXL/Flux as needed; masking, control signals, upscaling, face restoration. Deliverables: 1) Live screenshare lessons 2) 2–3 ComfyUI workflow JSONs (face/head from single image; video→image pose transfer; simple full-body walk) 3) Short screen recordings (nice to have) 4) One-page cheat sheet (inputs, models, key node settings, pitfalls) My setup: Windows PC with strong RTX GPU; happy to install models.
