2D Classical Animation

I am looking for a 2D classical animation that is traditionally hand-drawn. I have already prepared a storyboard for the animation. The expected duration of the final animation is between 1-3 minutes. I am looking for a freelancer with experience in traditional hand-drawn animation who can bring my storyboard to life.
