Civil Engineering Coaching & Back Office Setup

I am a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in both national and international projects, from DPR to handover. I am now venturing into establishing an online and offline coaching course aimed at nurturing site engineers into project managers, ensuring the delivery of top quality work for clients while securing lucrative salary packages for employees.

The coaching courses will target:

- Both Site Engineers and Project Managers

To support this initiative, I am in need of a highly competent back office staff. The ideal candidate will have:

- Exceptional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Expertise in preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Advanced skills in audio/video editing
- Deep knowledge of graphics design and YouTube content creation

The back office staff should be able to prepare slides and edit audio/video based on the subject in 2D or 3D.

Compensation can be structured as a salary plus incentives or on a share basis.
