Children’s YouTube Cartoon Production

I’m launching a long-term YouTube series aimed squarely at kids and need a creative partner who can shepherd each episode from the first idea through to the finished upload. The exact visual style is still open—we can explore 2D, stylised 3D, a mixed technique or anything else you feel will make the stories pop—so I’m looking for someone who enjoys shaping the aesthetic as much as animating it.

Because the subject matter is also flexible, you’ll have room to pitch original concepts week after week. Whether you like epic adventures, slice-of-life comedy, or something totally fresh, the goal is simple: keep young viewers entertained, engaged and eager to click the next video.

Key responsibilities
• Develop story ideas and short scripts suitable for children
• Create characters, backgrounds and storyboards that nail the visual tone
• Animate complete episodes with smooth pacing, lively expressions and age-appropriate humour
• Add voice-overs, music and SFX (or coordinate with talent) so the final cut feels polished and YouTube-ready
• Deliver finished files in 1080p (or higher), plus editable project files for future tweaks

Acceptance criteria
• Episodes pass YouTube’s content guidelines for kids
• Visuals remain consistent across episodes for strong channel branding
• Final render is free of artefacts, sync issues and abrupt audio cuts
