Children’s Western Adventure Comic

I’m putting together a kid-friendly adventure told in the lively, dynamic style of classic Western comics and I’m looking for a creative partner who can handle both the visuals and the flow of the story. The tone should be fun and fast-paced rather than gritty, with clear, expressive artwork that instantly hooks children while still feeling true to the bold lines and dramatic framing Western books are known for.

Here’s how I picture our collaboration: we’ll refine the concept together, lock in a cast of memorable heroes and villains, build a short episodic plot full of cliff-hangers, then move on to rough layouts, detailed pencils/inks, colours, and lettering. If you prefer working in Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, Photoshop, or traditional pen-and-ink before scanning, that’s fine—as long as the finished pages arrive in layered, print-ready, high-resolution files and a separate web-friendly version.

Deliverables I’ll review before final approval:
• Character sheets with turnaround views and colour palette
• A thumbnail storyboard covering every page
• Final coloured and lettered comic pages (print-ready CMYK + RGB web versions)
• Source files for any custom logos, sound-effect fonts, or background patterns
