Children's Healing Visualization Lip-Sync Video

Project Title:
29-Minute Long-Form Lip-Sync Video (for a Healing Visualization for Children). A Single Illustrated Scene and an Audio recording are provided.
Project Overview:
I’m producing a video for a healing visualization shared in my book, Hypnotherapy & Mental Movies for Healing. This specific piece is designed to support children with cancer, whether they are in a hospital setting or at home. Because of the sensitive healing purpose, the video must be high quality, gentle, stable, and professionally synced.
What You Will Receive From Me:
1. One high-resolution illustrated image (of two dogs (TT/Olivia) in a scene: Olivia is the speaking character, wearing glasses and a physician’s white shirt). TT is sitting on the recliner chair.
2. One 29-minute audio recording (already edited for a child-friendly voice)
3. Script cues for a key moment (when TT’s eyes close at a specific line).
Deliverable Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
A) Lip-sync quality
Natural, believable mouth shapes and timing throughout (not “mask mouth,” not “talking nose”).
No mouth movement during silent pauses
Stable facial features (no warping/drifting)
B) Visual stability and tone
Single continuous scene, gentle and calming.
Subtle zooms are welcome (they should be very soft and slow).
No jitter, flicker, texture changes, or obvious segment seams.
C) Specific scene notes
TT’s eyes should be softly open at the beginning and then close at ~1:00 when Olivia says: “So close your eyes and let them rest,”. TT’s eyes remain closed afterwards.
Framing should allow a visible beam of light coming down on TT. I will provide a reference.
D) Audio and music.
Use the child-friendly voice audio I provide.
Optional gentle background music is fine, but it must be copyright-free.
You must provide the source/license link for the music used.
E) Final delivery format.
MP4 (H.264 or H.265), 1080p minimum (4K welcome if your pipeline supports it cleanly).
High-quality export (no heavy compression).
Mandatory Test Clip. Required Before Award:
To be considered, you must create a 30–60 second test clip using my actual image and the audio excerpt I provide.
This is required to confirm:
• accurate lip-sync,
• mouth still during pauses,
• stable facial performance.
If you cannot do the test clip, please do not bid.
Timeline:
• Test clip: 24–48 hours
• Full project timeline: propose after test approval (but must be realistic and firm).
Budget & Payment Structure (paid in Milestone)
Total budget: up to $500, depending on proven quality.
What To Include in Your Proposal:
1. The tool/pipeline you plan to use for long-form character lip-sync, and how you prevent drift across 29 minutes
2. A link to relevant samples (longer than 1 minute if possible)
3. Confirmation that you accept the test clip requirement.
4. Your expected start date.
