Children's Cartoon Story Creation

I'm looking for a talented illustrator to create a children’s story cartoon for a gelato business (nonprofit) website. The story should be wholesome and whimsical, tailored for a young audience.

Requirements:
- Western cartoon style illustrations (I think? I’m not sure, new to this world)
- Engaging storyline suitable for children
- Colorful and captivating visuals
- Working with an existing logo and some existing material (cocreate / iterate)
