Children's Book Illustration and Layout

I need assistance to bring my children's book idea to life. I have the content ready and just need help with illustrations and formatting for printing. This will be a gift for my sister for her babyshower for her first child. I have attached a cartoon of what her baby will look like based on an inside joke of her being a giraffe and her husband as a gorilla. Amelia is half giraffe, half gorilla. The babies name is Amelia, so I wanted to create a fun book about how much they love Amelia, but she needs to go to sleep. roughly 10 pages
