Children's Book Cartoon Illustrations

I’m putting together a short picture book for babies and young toddlers (0-3 years) and I need a warm, cartoonish visual style that feels soothing rather than loud. Soft lines, gentle expressions and a palette built around neutral tones—think creams, greys, muted browns with the occasional soft accent—will match the calm bedtime mood I have in mind.
The manuscript is ready; what I need from you is the full set of interior illustrations plus a cover that ties everything together. I’ll share the storyboard and page breaks once we start so you can decide how best to pace the artwork. Final files should be high-resolution PNG or TIFF suited for print.
Along the way I’d like to see:
• A character sheet to lock in shapes, proportions and expressions
• Rough page sketches for layout approval
• Colored finals with light texture and shading, staying within the neutral palette
