Character Animation for Song

I'm looking for an animator to bring one character to life for an entire song. The character should be animated in a happy and energetic style.

Requirements:
- Animate in 2D or 3D (stop motion not preferred)
- Character should display happy and energetic emotions
- Duration: animation for the entire song

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D or 3D animation software
- Experience in creating dynamic, expressive character animations
The character is engaging and teaching children about songs and music
