2D Character Animation Editor

I'm looking for a video editor specializing in 2D character work to create dynamic, minimalistic entertainment videos over 5 minutes long. This will be ongoing work with regular projects.

Requirements:
- Experience in 2D animation and editing (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.)
- Ability to animate simple movement loops
- Strong visual sense and storytelling rhythm
