Catchy 2D Ad Animation

I need a short 2D animation that will work as a punchy marketing piece for my product. I already have the core idea—what the viewer should feel and the call-to-action—but I’d like your creative help turning that spark into a clear mini-story, then bringing it to life on screen.

I want my logo which is round to be like a basketball and bounce in with the name of the business. Then i want the words YOUR FINANCE GAME PLAN STARTS HERE to appear....and then the logo should appear again. I also want a message for the team to appear as "GO SIXERS" somewhere in all this - but it must all be 20 seconds

Here’s what I’m picturing:
• Length in the 20 second range, long enough to hook but still social-media friendly.
• A style that fits an upbeat ad; I’m flexible, so pitch me whether you see it as playful cartoon, clean motion-graphics, or a hybrid.
• Final deliverable in 1080p (or 4K if you prefer) along with project files from After Effects, Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, or whatever software you use.
