Casual 2D Animated Explainer Video

I’m looking for a 2D animator to create a YouTube video that can do continuous, flowing animation , similar to the storytelling approach used in this video
The Wealth Explainer Channel (what it’s like to be a black market surgeon)

I do NOT want slideshow-style editing with constant cuts.

I’m specifically looking for animation where:
- Scenes flow into each other naturally
- Characters move through environments
- Transitions feel seamless and connected


What I will provide:
- Full script (written for storytelling)
- Voiceover (ready to use)
- Thumbnail (handled separately)


What I need from you:
- 2D animation with simple but smooth character movement
- Environments that connect between scenes
- Camera motion (pan, zoom, follow movement)
- Natural transitions (no hard cuts every few seconds)


Style Requirements:
- Minimal but fluid animation (not overly complex)
- stickman but animated in a way to really show the emotion and impact of the scene.
- no mouth movement for the words because there will be a narrator.
- Focus on movement and flow, as well as a bit of detail
- Cinematic feel with continuous progression

Video Details:
- Length: ~10–15 minutes
- Format: POV / narrative storytelling
- Tone: immersive, slightly dramatic, engaging


Important:
I care more about smooth flow and storytelling than complex visuals.
