Video Mapping Artist Needed for Castle Facade Projection (Loop Animation)
Project Description:
I’m looking for an experienced video mapping artist to create a simple but impactful mapping for projection onto the facade of a castle using two projectors placed side by side.
The goal is to produce a looping video that enhances the castle’s architecture with animated elements, creating a magical and immersive visual experience.
What I need in the mapping:
• Realistic animated torches placed along the facade.
• Banners or flags gently moving in the wind.
• An animated red carpet leading up to the main entrance.
• Optional light atmospheric animations to bring the whole scene to life.
Technical details:
• The final video should be designed for two projectors side-by-side, resulting in a single wide composition (e.g., 3840x1080 or similar, to be defined together).
• The video must loop seamlessly so it can play continuously during the event.
• A corrected, transparent PNG of the castle facade will be provided as a reference template for the mapping.
Freelancer requirements:
• Proven experience in architectural video mapping projects.
• Ability to work with software like MadMapper, Resolume, HeavyM, or similar.
• Strong skills in 2D/3D animation and video compositing.
• Precision in aligning content perfectly to the architectural structure.
